With a total area of 8,000 square meters and a capacity of 17,000.Yokohama Arena is on of the largest multipurpose indoor arenas in japan.
Yokohama Arena utilizes such state-of-the-art equipment as 11,000 computer-controlled movable seats, a large four-screen projection system and a ceiling capable of suspending more than 100 tons.
These facilities make it possible to present more effective and memorable stage events than any produced in similar facilities in Japan.

With the enormous suspension capacity of the ceiling, accessible by lighting decks and catwalks, stage effects once thought impossible become regular fare. It is also possible to arrange the floor seating in the form of a bowl, creating a more intimate environment for performances.

Yokohama Arena has sufficient indoor floor space for a 200-meter oval running track and a 100-meter straight track. It can also be used for events such as basketball, boxing, ice hockey, sumo, tennis and volleyball.

EXHIBITIONS and TRADE FAIRS

Computer-controlled movable seating and the suspension of exhibits from the arena's ceiling permit innovative three-dimensional displays that were previously impossible. Used in conjunction with the large projection screen in the center, these facilities provide an effective way to stimulate purchases.
A large restaurant and bar also contribute to an ambiance conducive to successful business dealings.
Yokohama Arena is suitable for all types of conventions,trade fairs and special events with flexible seating arrangement patterns.
